The Recreation Commission of the village is responsible for rules and regulations with respect to the care, maintenance and control of the public parks and playgrounds and their facilities, owned or used by the village and by the public.

The Mount Kisco Recreation Commission Board meets once a month.  Their meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall and are open to the public.
